Is Ordering Online Safe?

Yes, we utilize PayFast and Yoco as payment gateways. At PayFast, your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high-security 256-bit encryption. Mobicred can be accessed via PayFast. All transactions on the Yoco Gateway are protected by advanced 3D-Secure technology

Zen Space has no access to the customer’s card details at any time.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and instant eft via PayFast and Yoco. We have partnered with Mobicred for installment pricing over a 12-month period.

Can I Place An Order Offline?

Yes, please send us an email at sales@zenspace.co.za with the details of your order and we will be happy to assist.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver throughout South Africa, and offer free shipping for orders over R1,599.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Made to order items take 30 working days to manufacture unless otherwise specified in the product description, thereafter delivery will take place. All other items will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days from the date of purchase. Outlying areas take longer for delivery please allow up to 7 working days.

Do You Offer An In-Home Installation Service?

We do not offer an installation service, please ensure all electrical purchases are hardwired and installed by a qualified electrician. Zen Space shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss as a result of improper installations.

Can I Track My Order?
