Refunds and Returns Policy

Can I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 10 days from the day of delivery.

If the return exceeds 10 days we reserve the right to refuse a return, should we accept a return a handling fee of 10% will apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item regardless if you initially received free shipping on your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your account will be refunded within 10 business days.

Exemptions to returns and refunds

All made-to-order items are ineligible for returns or refunds because they are made especially for you. However, should there be a manufacturing fault please email pictures to info@zenspace.co.za and we will contact the manufacturer to resolve any manufacturing fault.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@zenspace.co.za

Can I exchange an item?

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at sales@zenspace.co.za Exchanges do not apply to made to order items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Please note that items that have been received by you and altered or changed in any way will not be considered for exchange or return.
