Shipping Policy

At Zen Space, we are committed to delivering your home décor and furniture items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information regarding shipping methods, timelines, and costs.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery throughout South Africa for all orders R1599 and above.

For orders below R1599 delivery costs vary based on the product that was ordered and the location where you are based. Our checkout functionality will calculate the delivery cost for you once you have confirmed your address.

When will my order be delivered?

Please note we have a 2-3 business day processing time after which your order will be dispatched. Delivery time is based on the estimated time provided by the courier companies we use, usually 2-3 business days after dispatching.

The above time frame does not apply to made-to-order goods. All made-to-order goods are noted in the product description. Lead time for these items is 20-30 business days after which the item will be dispatched. There may be times we split orders and send what’s immediately available and with the balance to follow, however we will communicate this to you in advance with no additional shipping charges for your account.
The above time frame does not apply to goods purchased on backorder, you will be informed of the time frame expected on backorders.

What if I am not home when delivery occurs?

Our third-party service providers will make a reasonable number of delivery arrangements with customers to ensure that delivery is completed. Should they be unable to deliver after a reasonable number of arrangements, the goods will be returned to Zen Space.

Can I collect my order?

Zen Space is an online retailer, we do not offer collection but we are committed to bringing you fast delivery with low delivery costs should your order be below the minimum requirement for free delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we send out tracking information immediately after the courier collects. Please note that Zen Space cannot be held liable for any damages to persons or property caused by the actions of the courier driver or vehicle used to transport your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take care in packaging your order with care but in the unfortunate instance that your order arrives damaged, please inform us in writing by emailing sales@zenspace.co.za upon noticing the issue and include pictures. You may exchange it for a different item or return it for a refund. We will send a courier to collect the item at no cost to you. The item must be packaged in their original packaging. If items are not packaged in their original packaging, we will not be able to accept the item.

What if I receive the incorrect item?

While every effort is made to fulfill your order perfectly, mistakes do happen from time to time. Should you receive an incorrect item, or the incorrect quantity of an item please advise us by email to sales@zenspace.co.za upon noticing the error. We will rectify this for you as quickly as we can. Please allow extra time for this during busy periods of the year.
